All my 1:1 programs begin with a discovery call. It's equally important to me as it is to my clients to feel understood, safe, and excited to work together! In this 45-minute session, we will discuss your biggest goals and what you're particularly interested to work on and call in. This time is all about you.

From there, should you decide you want to continue to work together, we will be in contact about your desired program. The cost of the discovery call will be deducted from your program of choice once you enrol!
