Terms & Conditions


1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Terms & Conditions:

- “Coach” means Yana Zemlyanskaya, a private individual, acting in the name of the company YZ Ventures s.r.o. and having the registered business address at Papirnikova 1007/2, Prague 4, Czechia, under the registration number 217 60 870.
- “Client” means any (natural or legal) person who has agreed to, and is therefore bound by, these Terms;
- “Coaching services” refers to all one-on-one paid coaching programs.
- “Coaching products” refers to all self-study masterclasses (online courses) and self-study guides (e-books).
- “Coaching Agreement” refers to the binding contract provided by the coach to the client, should the client wish to officially purchase and receive coaching services.


2. NATURE OF COACHING RELATIONSHIP

1. The purpose of coaching is to offer and provide educational services on mindset, motivation, and manifestation processes. Coaching is a non-therapeutic, collaborative process intended to support you in establishing new, more positive habits and mindset. The Client and Coach agree to engage fully in the coaching experience to maximise the benefits and results. The Coach serves as an advisor to support the client to achieve their desired goals, however the extent to which or whether or not the Client follows the given advice is entirely the choice and decision of the Client.
2. By purchasing any of the one-on-one coaching programs, self-study masterclasses (courses) or self-study guides (e-books), the client acknowledges that they understand and agree that the coaching services and products offered by the coach are not psychological counselling, relationship counselling, financial advising nor any other type of counselling or therapy sessions. 
3. In addition, by purchasing these coaching services and products, the client understands and agrees that they are not medical advice and must not be used in replacement of any psychiatric or psychological treatment, or therapy the client may be receiving or requires from a healthcare professional. Coaching services and products are not intended to treat any medical health issues.
4. The coach will strictly not accept clients who require professional psychological and psychiatric counselling or therapy. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any such relevant information to the coach and to seek the help of a licensed professional if the client feels the need for professional counselling or therapy.
5. Coaching results are not guaranteed and can vary from person to person. Upon purchase of any coaching service or product, the client understands and agrees that they are responsible for creating their own results.
6. The coach acknowledges that anything shared by the client is regarded as confidential and will never be shared outside of the client-coach relationship, unless otherwise allowed by the client.


3. THE “DISCOVERY CALL”

1. The Discovery Call is available for new clients only and is intended to introduce the client to the coaching services and products. 
2. The Discovery Call is 45 minutes and is conducted online via video call.
3. The time and date of the Discovery Call will be agreed on by the client and coach.
4. The client may reschedule the session if provided at least a 24 hours’ notice in advance of the scheduled session and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date. Late reschedules (less than 24 hours’ notice before the arranged date and time of session) as well as no-shows, will not be eligible for make-up sessions, and the session will be considered used up and expired. 
5. The client is responsible for contacting the coach at the arranged time by joining the provided online video call link.
6. The client is under no obligation to purchase coaching services or products after the Discovery Call.
7. Upon purchase of the Discovery Call, the client understands and agrees that the service is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
8. The client may receive a full refund for the Discovery Call within 4 weeks of purchase, given that the session was not used and the client requested a cancellation at least 24 hours' prior to the scheduled time.


4. COACHING SERVICES

1. “Coaching services” refers to all one-on-one paid coaching programs, including the one-on-one coaching services provided via email such as the "Your Unique Manifestation Routine" Service.
2. A Coaching Agreement for the client’s service of choice will be provided to review, accept and sign at the client’s own discretion. The coaching relationship officially begins only once the Coaching Agreement is signed and returned to the coach.
3. The coaching services are provided by the coach to the client using online conferencing software or via email (only applies to the one-on-one email service).
4. The time and date of each session will be agreed on by the client and coach.
5. The one-on-one sessions are conducted online via video call, and are conducted based on the purchased program as follows:
    1. "The Mastery of Transformation Program" consists of a total of 8 hours of one-on-coaching, organised as a number of 8, weekly, 60-minute sessions. In the case of session cancellations, reschedules, or other circumstances, the duration of the program may be extended beyond 8 weeks, based on the agreement of the coach and the client. 
    2. The "Shadow Transmutation Program" consists of a total of 6 hours of one-on-one coaching, organised as a number of 3, bi-weekly, 2-hour sessions. The sessions have no expiry date and may be scheduled as per the client’s and coach’s agreement.
    3. The "Divine Feminine Manifestation Program" consists of a total of 7.5 hours of one-on-coaching, organised as a number of 6, weekly, 75-minute sessions. In the case of session cancellations, reschedules, or other circumstances, the duration of the program may be extended beyond 6 weeks, based on the agreement of the coach and the client. 
    4. Your Unique Manifestation Routine consists of 3 email responses from the Coach. The email responses have no expiry date and can be used at the Client’s discretion. 
6. In addition to one-on-one sessions, the coach is available for further personal guidance and support via messaging applications or email, only throughout the duration of the program. The client understands and accepts that the Coach may not always be available to respond to all messages quickly (e.g. outside of general working hours) and that the personal guidance is limited to what is relevant to or has been discussed in coaching sessions. The coach reserves the right to deny the Client a response to any questions or requests that are inappropriate or irrelevant to the coaching relationship (e.g. medical concerns or health-related inquiries, irrelevant questions related to private life etc.). 
7. The Client is responsible for contacting the coach at the arranged time by joining the provided online video call link.


5. COACHING PRODUCTS

1. “Coaching products” refers to all self-study masterclasses (online courses) and self-study guides (e-books). 
2. The purpose of coaching products is to offer and provide suggestions on mindset, motivation, and manifestation processes. The coaching products are intended to help the client develop a more positive mindset. 
3. The coaching products are only guidelines and suggestions which may help the client achieve a more positive mindset. The client understands and accepts that he or she is fully responsible for creating his or her own results.
4. The coaching products will be available to the client for an unlimited amount of time after purchase. 
5. The coaching products are solely self-study courses or e-books, and does not include any type of personal, one-on-one guidance or assistance from the coach. 
6. Upon purchase of any of the coaching products, the client obtains instant access to the product of choice, therefore the client understands and agrees that the product is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.


6. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUND POLICY FOR COACHING SERVICES

1. The client may reschedule or cancel a session if provided at least a 24 hours’ notice in advance of the scheduled session and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date.
2. Late reschedules and cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice before the arranged date and time of session), as well as no-shows, will not be eligible for make-up sessions, and the session will be considered used up and expired. 
3. Upon signing the Coaching Agreement, the client understands and agrees that the coaching services are **non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable**. In order to provide the highest level of success for the coaching service, the coach requires a commitment from the client that they are fully invested in their coaching program of choice. It is in the client’s benefit to decide PRIOR to the purchase of the coaching service and acceptance of the Coaching Agreement that this coaching relationship is suitable for them. The client is provided time at their own discretion to review and accept the Coaching Agreement and is never under any obligation to purchase any coaching services at any point in time.


7. PAYMENT TERMS

1. Upon signing the Coaching Agreement, the client is obliged to complete the payment as outlined and agreed upon in the Coaching Agreement. 
    1. If the client chooses to pay in full, the payment must be complete at least 24 hours’ prior to the first scheduled session
    2. If the client chooses the ‘pay-as-you-go’ option, each payment must be complete at least 24 hours’ prior to the respectively scheduled session. For example, for an 8-week program which allows a quarterly payment plan; the first payment is to be completed 24 hours’ prior to the first scheduled session, the second payment is to be completed 24 hours’ prior to the third scheduled session, the third payment is to be completed 24 hours’ prior to the fifth scheduled session, and the last payment is to be completed 24 hours’ prior to the seventh scheduled session.
2. Failure to pay on time and as agreed by the coach and the client in the Coaching Agreement will result in the pausing or revoking of the coaching services. Your sessions may be postponed. If failure to settle the amounts due persist, the coach reserves the right to terminate the Coaching Agreement without any notice or consequences.


7. CONTRACT TERMINATION

1. The coach reserves the right to cease the coaching services at any time. In this case, the client is entitled to receive a refund for unused and terminated sessions.
2. The client may terminate the contract at any time, provided with a reasonable inability to continue the agreement (e.g. unforeseen financial, health or personal circumstances). In this case, the terms outlined in section 6.3 apply and the coaching services remain non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise agreed upon by the coach and the client.
